New Clients
Pricing is based off dogs kept on a 6-8 week schedule if coat is under 1/2 inch, or 4-6 week schedule is kept over 1/2 inch coat. Additional fees may be applied if matted, aggressive, or difficult to handle.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made before 24 hours of your appointment time. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of your grooming service.
Drop-Off and Pick-Up
Customer who are more than 15 mins. late will be rescheduled. Groomer will call when groom is complete. Showing up before groom is complete may end groom early, depending on pets behavior. Late pickups will be charged a late fee of $10
